CROSS SALE ANNOUNCEMENT November 10 to December 5 |

Proceeds from the fundraiser will benefit this year's Mission trip to Seattle, Washington. Trip costs include a camp fee that covers the cost of materials used in repairing and building area homes. Interest in the Christian cross is at an all time high. As we launch this new millennium, we are reminded of the sacrifice that Jesus made for us with this timeless symbol. |

We are offering a selection of sandcasted cement crosses. The handcrafted folk art creations are produced by the artisans of Sunset Gallery. Sandcasting is a process in which an impression is made in moist sand and liquid cement is poured into the impression. Some of the designs require several castings. These sandcastings have the one-of-a-kind appearance of carved sandstone. The crosses can be displayed in the home or garden where they weather beautifully. These original designs will be on display in the plaza, following weekend liturgies on November 25/26, and December 4/5. Crosses can also be viewed at the Faith Formation office during the week. Payment must accompany orders. The last day to place orders will be on December 5th. Order pick up will be after liturgies on December 9th in the Large Hall. |
